Giving Back the Dot's Way
Since 1988, Dot's Rentals & Sales has been built on relationships with the people, businesses, and communities we serve. Giving back is one of the ways we continue that tradition. Throughout the year, we consider requests from local schools, nonprofits, fundraisers, community events, and organizations doing good close to home.

Every request is different. Depending on the opportunity, Dot's may consider several types of community support.

Submit a Request
To help our team thoughtfully review your request, please send us an email with as much information as possible. The more details you provide, the better we can understand your organization, event, and how you're asking Dot's to be involved.
Include the name of the organization, school, nonprofit, business, or group making the request.
Please include your name, email address, and best phone number.
Tell us the event or fundraiser name, date, and location.
Give us a brief description of your organization, event, fundraiser, or cause and who it benefits.
Let us know specifically what you're requesting from Dot's, such as a sponsorship, donation, rental support, donated item, or other assistance.
If applicable, include the requested sponsorship amount or estimated value of the donation or rental support you're requesting.
Let us know when you need a decision or response from our team.
For sponsorship requests, please include any recognition or benefits provided to Dot's, such as logo placement, signage, social media, booth space, tickets, or other opportunities.
Attach any sponsorship packet, flyer, event information, or other materials that would help us review your request.
A Few Things to Know
We recommend submitting your request as early as possible, especially when your request is connected to a specific event date or deadline.
While we would love to support every organization that reaches out, we receive many donation and sponsorship requests throughout the year. Requests are considered based on timing, availability, community impact, and the information provided.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that Dot's Rentals & Sales will be able to participate, but every request will be thoughtfully considered by our team.
